    • For Public Job Postings: Apply directly through JobPair. After you apply, you’re automatically ranked with other candidates based on your skills and qualifications. Personal details like age and gender are never considered.
    • For Private Job Postings: If you’re a top match, employers can contact you directly, no extra steps needed.
  4. Ranking and Notifications: For each opportunity, JobPair’s AI ranks candidates and notifies you if you’re a top match or if new opportunities fit your profile.
  5. Interview and Employer Contact: If selected, employers reach out to you directly through the platform to arrange interviews or next steps. Communication is direct and streamlined.
